At Bess Madrid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you opt for an exchange rather than a return.
