Product Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are handled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping within European countries takes 2–7 working days. For destinations outside Europe, shipping takes approximately 5–10 working days. Shipping is free of charge for all European countries. Shipping fees for non-European destinations may vary depending on the recipient’s location. Should you have any specific preferences regarding delivery, please email us at the time of purchase at bess@bessmadrid.com.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and the recipient’s location. Within Spain, delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days; across the rest of Europe, between 2–7 working days. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. You will receive an email or SMS (depending on the contact details provided at checkout) with your tracking number. Bess Madrid is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the shipping carrier.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided for all dispatched orders. Customers can monitor the progress of their shipment using the tracking number supplied.

5. Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. Bess Madrid will not be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If you believe an error was made, please contact us immediately so we can liaise with the courier service.

6. International Shipments

For shipments outside Europe, customers are responsible for the shipping fee (a flat rate of €25), as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes or tariffs. Bess Madrid does not assume responsibility for additional charges arising from international shipping.
